This report was the outcome of an intense 3-month project with the Elfrida Society, in North London. Through the experience of ‘learning in context’, we collaboratively developed a training programme that embedded opportunities for better learning outcomes for Service Users in their regular support service. For the 3 months of the project we existed as our own ‘community of practice,’as we questioned & explored learning as a ‘socially situated’ activity.
